Student support services
We monitor each student's progress and provide additional learning support if this is appropriate. Our school uses learning programs and specialised staff where needed and we work in partnership with parents to assist students who have special learning needs.
Learning Support Team
At Bathurst West Public School our staff believes that all children can be successful learners and are entitled to access the curriculum at their level with appropriate accommodations and adjustments. Our Learning Support Team operates dynamically across our school, using a range of resources to support student learning, teacher development and parent involvement. Bathurst West Public School is committed to the early identification of student needs and early intervention with a range of learning strategies and programs.
